Unfortunately at this moment we do not have a USA distributor on our team. We are actively searching for a trustworthy and reliable partner to take over USA distribution. If you are aware of any quality pet product distributors in your State we would like to ask that you forward their contact details to us, and possibly even request that you suggest our product line up to them directly. We would be happy to pass along a referral finders fee for any deals that come to fruition from such cooperation. Thank you in advance for your help ;)

2. What is the processing & delivery time for business orders [top]

Normal lead time to process a Distributor or manufacturer order for export from our factory is approximately 6 weeks.

We ship all distributor orders via ocean freight. Shipping time on the ocean varies from destination to destination. Please inquiry about approximate shipping times if needed.

Should you require rush service we can ship via airfreight as well, although the fees for airfreight are normally much higher than ocean freight.

3. Who qualifies for a Manufacturer account? [top]

Product manufacturers looking for a reliable source of bulk products for private labeling can apply for a manufacturer account. Please note the minimum order for Manufacturer accounts is $15,000.

4. Who qualifies for a Distributor account? [top]

Bonefide businesses looking to import large shipments directly from our factory for re-distribution on their local market are welcome to apply for an account. Please note all distributor orders must meet the $5,000 minimum order requirement

5. Who qualifies for a wholesale pet store account? [top]

We welcome all USA pet stores, animal dealers, and zoological institutions to apply for a pet store account to receive wholesale prices. Please note minimum order for wholesale accounts is $200 per order.
